“We reached out to get a quote for our hot water heater being replaced to a tankless system, and from start to finish, Horton's Heating and Cooling was amazing. Ashley helped us book our quote, explained everything in great detail, and was patient and kind the entire time. Clint came out within a few days of calling to schedule the appointment for a quote, and wrote up the quote for all of our options, which was incredibly thoughtful, and helpful! He also outlined everything that needed to be done so we understood the process. In the middle of trying to book and figure everything out, our hot water heater tank leaked all over our floor, causing us to go without hot water. When we let Ashley know about our conundrum, she worked with Clint to get us booked within the week. I cannot tell you how grateful we were to be put on the schedule so quickly! Joe came out and put in the tankless hot water heater quickly and efficiently. Also, the price for the installation felt more than fair. I will be exclusively going to Horton's Heating and Cooling from here on out!”
